You have 7 days after receiving your purchase to notify us of a defect or an exchange. After the return/ exchange has been approved. You have 30 days from the delivery date to submit your return/exchange request.

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and ensuring the package since we cannot be held responsible for packages, we do not ship ourselves.

Returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt, or date and amount of purchase must be validated in our system. Customer identification may be required to prevent fraud.

Defective items must be reported within 7 business days from day received, any later items will not be considered for full refund.
