How do I make a return?

You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.

  • Please email us at linkus@fashionsophisticated.com to request a Return Authorization, the email should include the following information:
  • Your full name
  • Order Number
  • Item name(s)
  • Reason for your return

 

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and insuring the package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves

 

**Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

*IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE AN ITEMS FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR STYLE YOU ARE REPONSIABLE FOR THE SHIPPING OF THE NEW FEE.

 

  • Returns for store credits and exchanges are accepted on items that are in original condition, have not been worn, altered, washed or dry cleaned within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

 

  • .Final Sales on all international orders, pre-orders, special orders, sale items, hair accessories, gifts, non-clothing (bathing suit, undergarments, bodysuits,  etc.) and jewelry.

 

Defective items must be reported within 2 business days from day received, any later items will not be considered for full refund.

Please return your defective order within 7 days for a full refund minus shipping, all returns will be thoroughly inspected and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in original unworn condition/package  and unwashed (free of any stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear) with tags attached.
